We use scientific principles of strength training to intelligently program & guide our athletes through the phases of prepping for a meet. We provide weekly program updates with adjustments based on previous week’s performance to ensure progression, avoid plateaus and achieve personal bests in the squat, bench & deadlift.

Dr. Dominick Louda PT, DPT

I’ve been in the PT & fitness industry for over 10 years, while being a competitive athlete & dedicated weightlifter. This gives me a unique perspective & skillset that I bring to each treatment plan & program. Working with 100’s of different athletes & individuals of all skill levels, I’ve learned the complexities of the mental & physical aspects of human movement & rehab - and I am dedicated to providing my expertise to you.

Emily A. Stenson PTA

Health and wellness have always been a priority in my life! I played tennis competitively for many years and I enjoy working with athletes and the geriatric population in the rehab setting. My areas of interest include boxing, muay-thai, running, rock climbing, and weight lifting. Choosing a life of health and fitness has always been non-negotiable for me. I believe that one of the best investments we can make is in our own health and being a part of the Barbell Physical Therapy team allows me to help make that a reality for others.
