We use scientific principles of strength training to intelligently program & guide our athletes through the phases of prepping for a meet. We provide weekly program updates with adjustments based on previous week’s performance to ensure progression, avoid plateaus and achieve personal bests in the squat, bench & deadlift.

This gives me a unique perspective & skillset that I bring to each treatment plan & program.
